 TERRIBLE SERVICE, 2007-12-16
I agree with the person referred to as 'Homer' who also commented on this product. If possible, I would have given zero stars as well.
I received several email updates over one month telling me that my item was on backorder (yet, the Vitamin Shoppe site still purported that it ships immediately). I called to exchange it, but the service rep just insisted on NOT doing his job - wouldn't exchange it, wouldn't tell me if the blueberry flavor was in stock - then he wanted to charge my credit card a second time. I refused to give him my card number and allow a second charge. I could not make him understand that my credit card had already been charged once for a product I hadn't even received. Perhaps they really do try to steal from their customers. I went to a local Vitamin Shoppe to try and sort this out, but the personnel there proved equally contentious and incompetent. Nothing was accomplished. Next day they canceled the whole order and exchange. To their credit, however, my money has been refunded.
This entire transaction has been a HUGE FAILURE and waste of my time. The Zola brand Acai juice is great, but ultimately I think that flying to Brazil to get it could be faster and easier than getting anything out of the Vitamin Shoppe.

GREAT JUICE , BUT VITAMIN SHOPPE EXPERIENCE - HORRIBLE , 2007-06-15
"NEVER EVER BUYING FROM VITAMIN SHOPPE, THEY ARE THEIVES AND DISPLAY INCORRECT AND WRONG INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE TO DUPE CUSTOMERS, ORDER PLACED ON MAY 21ST , WHILE PURCHASING , IT SAID - " SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS ". TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING ITEMS ARE BACK ORDERED TILL 6/14 , RIDICULOUS , SKIP THIS SELLER ----BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , THEY REPLY BACK WITH SAME EMAILS EVERYTIME YOU WRITE"
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER , ITS JUNE 15TH NOW . AS PER AMAZON , I SHOULD BE GETTING BACK MY MONEY NOW
I WISH THERE WAS ZERO STARS TO BE GIVEN , WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS
